For sure by now you are already aware of this new “inasal” joint. Chic-boy already has about 46 branches and 47 more to come.  I heard from a friend of mine that the previous owner of Mang Inasal is also the owner of this new joint.  Hmm… he really loves grilled food huh!  So chic-boy is as the signage says its Chicken and Baboy.  Once you’re inside you will definitely agree that this is the brain child of Mang Inasal’s owner.  They have the famous chicken oil and the rice all you can which now also includes bottomless drinks.

They have a selection of meal which costs around Php99. One main dish (either liempo, bbq or chicken), rice and of course a bowl of soup.  An additional php25 for bottomless iced tea.  Some of their meals are also very affordable like sisig, gising gising and others.

                                                Sinigang na salmon belly P55

                                       Gising-gising Php 55(like spicy chopsuey)

                                                         Chicken Meal Php 99

What to expect?  Food is yummy of course.  What I like about this new restaurant is that it serves new recipes which makes it really different from Mang Inasal.  It has cebu lechon, sisig, halo-halo and others.  I recommend you visit one of their sites and for sure you’re going to enjoy their food.  I know I did!  You can also check out their official website at http://chic-boy.com.ph/

The owner of Chic-Boy is not the owner of Mang Inasal. The owner is the founder of Pier One Bar & Grill. The chicken oil is also a standard in an inasal resto. Its like having catsup in a burger joint.

Hello Joey. Thanks for that info and reading my blog. Now that you mentioned the catsup it got me thinking… how many inasal restos have I been into? hehehe. Will take note of that. Have a great day!
